Automatic, quick, and incredibly accurate, our Taylor Stud Welding Machine facilitates fast changeovers whilst guaranteeing a superior end product. This has allowed us to significantly reduce lead times for both long and short production runs, meeting and exceeding customer requirements.

3 weld head system.
Bespoke programming configured by the operator or an imported dxf file.
Semi-manual facility for high accuracy, low volume applications.

Capabilities:

Welds fasteners to components up to 1150mm – 750mm in size.
Accuracy repeatability of up to +/- 0.15mm.
Able to fit studs between M3-M6 in size and 8mm – 35mm in length within one program
