Laser Profiling
Amada F1 with Self Loading 3 Material Tower was installed in June 2009 at the cost of over £500,000. Further Details

Brake Presses
We have recently installed a brand new Amada HFP 80-25NT to compliment the 2 year old HFP130-3 and the always reliable manual Promecam for those small delicate jobs. Further Details
The Machine Shop
Currently Calne Engineering have an XYZ VMC 710 4axis, a XYZ VMC 1010 4axis and a Hardinge CNC Lathe with bar feed operating within the machine shop, complimented by a range of manual machine tools for the one off specialist jobs. Further Details
Corner Forming
Soon to be installed, the latest in Calne Engineering's "Investment in the Future", the ACF MF25 corner former. Useful for Cabinet Doors, Lids, Panels, Sign etc. Further Details
Weld / Fabrication Shop
Mag, Mig and Tig welding. Coded Welders to European Standards. European Welding Specialist on site.

Paint Shop, Degreasing and Shot Blast Facility
We have the capability to strip back, degrease, etch, powder coat or wet paint your product in house with continuous conveyor and 4m sq box ovens to suit all sizes of job.
Equipment of Interest
Along with our major investments Calne Engineering also invest regularily in the lastest tools to help the flow of product through the shop floor with an aim to increase speed and quality of the product we are manufacturing. Further Details.
Screen Printing
Calne Engineering benefit from a close working relationship Bex Design Ltd, screen and digital print specialists. This enable us to get "ready to assemble" product to you with very little extra manufacturing time.
