Flat Bed Machining
Currently we have two flat bed machine centres an XYZ VMC 1010 4 Axis and an XYZ VMC 710 4 Axis. These have been installed in the last 12 months at the cost of £80,000. However they have vastly increased our in-house production capabilties enabling us now to produce turned and machined items for existing and new customers to compliment the sheet metal, fabrication and finishing work we also offer.

CNC Lathe
Along side the flat bed machine centres is our CNC Lathe with automatic bar feed. Perfect for the little turned jobs that you may have needed free issue from another company if the facility wasn't available. However Calne Engineer can offer a one stop shop for your sub-contract metal work requirements.

XYZ emill
The emill is our latest addition to the machine shop. It is an entry level machine we decided to purchase to do the basic machining work with very minimal set up and effort, which again translates into reduced cost and production times for our customers.
