Corner Forming

Our latest investment in new technology will see Calne Engineering receive delivery of an MF25 ACF Flexible Cornerformer Machine that will be installed late December ready for full production use in January. This machinery allows us to form/press corners in to low profile doors/panels etc for cabinets, enclosures, signs in a fraction of the time and cost of traditional fold and weld procedures normally used in the manufacture of such item.

Forms Mild Steel from 0.8mm to 5mm
Forms Aluminium from 1.2mm to 5mm
Forms Stainless Steel from 0.8mm to 3mm
Minimum Dimension of Door/Panel 65mm x 65mm (no maximum)
Corner Angles from 45° up to max 150°
Corner Radius from 2mm up to max 100mm
